Our focus is on sourcing and maintaining elite boars that give our customers the genetic tools to compete — and win — at every level, from county fairs to national shows.

After being on the customer side of this business for over 30 years, I know firsthand how crucial it is to receive reliable, high-quality semen when you need it, whether you’re breeding one sow or managing a large commercial operation.

Collection Days:

Normal Collection Days are Monday and Thursdays with the exception of Holidays.
Overrun starts at 11:00 am Monday and Thursday.

Shipping:

All packages are shipped UPS Next Day Air unless requested otherwise. Semen can be picked up at the farm as well.

Payment:

All orders must be pre-paid, shipped COD or paid via credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.

Ordering:

To ensure availability of boars, we suggest that you order in advance. You can place semen by calling Bill’s cell at 812-620-2296 or 812-755-4306.

Cancellation Policy:

All orders must be cancelled by 9 am EST on the day of collection. Cancellation requests after this time will remain the responsibility of the semen purchaser.

Breed Guarantee:

Any semen purchased at full price of $100/dose or more will be guaranteed with a $25/dose rebreed fee. Customer must notify us within 30 days of original shipment. Packing and shipping costs will still be applied.

Late Shipments:

Southern Gold is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery by any carrier. Once it is picked up from our facilities, delivery is out of our control. Refunds will not be processed for delayed or lost shipments, but Southern Gold will do whatever we can to provide replacement doses. Proof of delayed or lost shipments may be requested.
